-332- <br /> <br /> Subd. 6. Decorum and Order - Employees: Members of the City staff <br />shall observe the same rules of procedure and decorum applicable to members of the council. <br />The City Administrator shall ensure that all City staff observe such decorum. Any staff member, <br />including the City Administrator, who desires to address the Council or members of public shall <br />first be recognized by the Presiding Officer. All remarks shall be addressed to the Presiding <br />Officer or through the Presiding Officer to an individual Council Member or member of the <br />public. <br /> <br /> Subd. 7. Decorum and Order - Public: Members of the public attending <br />Council meetings shall observe the same rules of order and decorum applicable to the Council <br />Members. Any person making inappropriate remarks or who becomes boisterous while <br />addressing the Council shall be removed from the room if the Sergeant-of-Arms is so directed by <br />the Presiding Officer. <br /> <br /> Subd. 8. Enforcement of Decorum: The Chief of Police shall be the ex- <br />officio Sergeant-of-Anns of the Council. He/she shall carry out all orders and instructions given <br />by the Presiding Officer for the purpose of maintaining order and decorum in the Council <br />Chambers. Upon instructions from the Presiding Officer, it shall be the duty of the Chief of <br />Police or representative to eject any person from the Council Chambers. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL <br /> <br />Section 2.0 t.02 of Chapter 2 entitled "Presiding Officer" of Chapter 2 of the City Code is hereby <br />repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
