-336- <br /> <br />SECTION 3 REPEAL <br /> <br />Paragraph c. of Subd. 2, Subsection 5.08.01 and Paragraph e. of Subd. 3, of Subsection 5.08.01 are <br />hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance No. 02- has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the interest and effect of the <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent of Ordinance No. 02- to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 5, Municipal <br />Regulations, by deleting as public nuisances ponds or ponds of stagnant water and vehicles used for <br />transportation of intoxicating liquors; by declaring as public nuisances certain loud unnecessary <br />noises which annoy and disturb members, of the public. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
