Proposed easement description for thoroughfare purposes - Gerald Paulson knd Rose Eichorn <br />property. <br /> <br />A permanent easement for thoroughfare purposes over under and across the following described <br />property: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the center line of State Trunk Highway No. 47 <br />(formerly Highway No. 56), and the North line of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />the Northeast Quarter, Sect/on 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota; thence West 795.3 feet to a point 33 feet West of the North Quarter <br />comer of Section 14; thence South at a fight angle 539.88 'feet; thence East <br />parallel to said North line 824.4 feet more or less to the center line of said <br />Highway. No. 47, thence North 3 degrees. 5 minutes West, 540.7 feet to the point <br />of beginning; excepd, ng the following de's~ribed tract:-That part of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter of Section I4, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the center line of State <br />Trunk Highway No. 47 (formerly Highway No. 56) and the North line of said <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence West along the North line of <br />said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 762.3 feet to the <br />North Quarter comer of said Section 14; thence continuing West along the North <br />line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 33 feet; <br />thence South at fight angles, a distance of 273.38 feet to the actual point of <br />beginning of land to be described; thence continuing South along last described <br />course, a distance of 266.5 feet; thence East parallel with said Norr. h line, a <br />distance of 824.4 feet, more or less, to the center of said Highway No. 47; thence <br />North 3 degrees 05 minutes West along said center line to a point of intersection <br />with a line parallel with said North line and extended East from the actual point of <br />beginning; thence West along said parallel line, a distance of 817.23 feet, more or <br />less, to the actual point of beginning.
