Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember McGlone, to move to closed <br />session. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey and Councilmembers Elvig, Jeffrey, McGlone and <br />Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers Dehen and Look. <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated Councilmembers elect could attend the closed session if the <br />Council wanted. <br />The Council agreed to allow Councilmember Elect Tossey to attend the closed session. <br />The Special Council meeting moved into a closed session at 5:09 p.m. <br />The meeting was reopened to the public at 5:45 p.m. <br />4.02: Consider the Purchase of the Right of Access being the Right of Ingress to <br />Egress from the following described parcels to Trunk Highway 47: Outlots <br />A, B, and C, River's Bend Third Addition, Lot 1, Block 1, Holiday Acres and <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Office Park — Portions of this discussion may be <br />closed to the public <br />City Attorney Goodrich noted that this meeting can move into closed session to consider real <br />estate purchase of property on Highway 47 and 142n Avenue to Nowthen Boulevard. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to move to closed <br />session. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey and Councilmembers Dehen, Elvig, Jeffrey, <br />McGlone and Wise. Voting No: None.
