CC Regular Session <br />Date: 12/14/2010 <br />By: Amy Dietl <br />Administrative Services <br />Background: <br />Council is aware that the City acquired from Ramsey -Arbor Properties, LLC a triangle piece of property 8333 <br />square feet in size adjacent to Armstrong Boulevard NW lying south of Highway 10 NW and north of Riverdale <br />Drive NW. The purpose of the acquisition is for future street right -of -way and the proposed interchange at <br />Armstrong Boulevard and Highway 10. The subject property is Torrens or registered property. As such the deed <br />cannot be recorded until an Registered Land Survey (RLS) is approved and recorded. The RLS must be approved <br />by City Council action.
