THIS DEVELOPMENT PERMIT, is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY "), and F & C RAMSEY, LLC, limited liability corporation under the laws of the State of Indiana, whose address is 8900 Keystone Crossing #1200, Indianapolis, IN 46240 (the "PERMITTEE'), INCORPORATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT. The CITY and the PERMITTEE are party to a Development Agreement dated November 23, 2010 (the "Development Agreement "). The terms of the Development Agreement are herein in •rated as reference.
