HOGUE FOR A VARIANCE TO <br />CONSTRUCT A DETACHED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT <br />PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AT 16151 OLIVINE ST NW <br />WHEREAS, Colin S. Hogue and Laura L.
