5. That the accessory building shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless such use is <br />permitted in accordance with City Code. <br />6. That the Permittee shall be required to relocate utilities as required at the sole expense of the <br />Permittee. <br />7. That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by May 6, 2011 and <br />issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Levine, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Chairperson Van Scoy <br />Board Member Levine <br />Board Member Brauer <br />Board Member Cleveland <br />Board Member Dunaway <br />Board Member Hunt <br />Board Member Rogers <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 6 day of May, 2010. <br />RESOLUTION #10 -05 -099 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
