Councilmember Look introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption:
<br />RESOLUTION #10 -07 -137
<br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE PRIMARY ELECTION
<br />ON AUGUST 10, 2010
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey will be conducting a Primary Election on August 10,
<br />2010; and
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 204B.21, election judges for
<br />precincts in a municipality must be appointed by the governing body of that municipality; and
<br />WHEREAS, the hourly rate of pay will be $8.00 for election judge trainees, $9.00 for
<br />regular election judges and $9.50 for chairs; and
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:
<br />1) That the following individuals be appointed to serve as election judges for the Primary
<br />Election to be held on August 10, 2010:

<br />Geri Wicht, Nancy Giddings, Mickey Adams, Bridget Arnold, Carol Fedora - Myrick,

<br />Matthew Arnold, Chuck Dowd, Kevin Efram, Betty Field, James Lahr, Beverly Manns,
<br />Sharon Mendenhall, Nancy Nelson, Jan Cameron, Jeanne Engelsmier, Del Howe, Mary
<br />Meyer, Jill Winger, Verna Hammond, Tom Lahr, Jerilyn Bates, Sherry Dowd, Dorothy

<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
<br />Jeffrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
