Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #10 -07 -150 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF PAY APPLICATION NO. 3 FOR THE <br />RAMSEY MUNICIPAL CENTER REMODEL <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council authorized the contract for the remodel of the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center on March 23, 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, construction on the project began on March 30, 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, construction was completed on July 19, 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, BKV Group Inc has reviewed the pay application submitted by the <br />contractor and the work completed and is recommending payment to said contractor. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes payment of Pay Application No. 3 <br />for the Ramsey Municipal Center Remodel totaling $45,310.03. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Look, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Wise <br />
