Councilmember Look introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #10- 07 -1 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING WORKING OUT OF CLASS PAY AND INTERIM TITLE <br />FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES TECHNICIAN <br />WHEREAS, on May 11, 2010 City Council accepted the resignation of the Human <br />Resources Manager /Assistant Administrative Services Manager; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to leave the position vacant for the foreseeable <br />future; and <br />WHEREAS, the Human Resources Technician has assumed many of the Human <br />Resources Manager /Assistant Administrative Services Manager's duties and responsibilities; and <br />WHEREAS, the Human Resources Technician is working out of her pay classification. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council confirms the recommendation of staff to authorize a five <br />percent increase per hour for the Human Resources Technician while she is working out <br />of her pay classification and an interim title change of Human Resources Representative. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Jeffrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Wise <br />and the .following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />
