On public or semi-public property within the designated use area only if clearly posted with signs designating the area or specific areas as open to recreational vehicles. A person may only operate a snowmobile within the designated use area. Operation south of the desig-nated use area is limited to ones own pri.vate property or on privately owned property if the operator has in possession written permission fi.om the property owner. A map showing the boundaries of the designated use area shall be on display at the City Hall.and the Police Department. ho All-terrain vehicles and off-highway motorcycles may only be operated within the ditch or outside bank of a trunk, county state-aid, or county highway within the desi=o-nated use area. All-terrain vehicles and off-highway motorcycles may be operated on ones own private property or on privately owned property if the operator has in possession written permission from the property owner anywhere within the city limits. Subd. 2. Hours of Operation. No recreational vehicles may be operated any place in the City between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Sunday tlzrough Fr/day, and between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. 6.04.05 Youthful Operators.
