Section 9.20.12 "R-1U Residential District", is replaced with the following text: <br /> <br />9.20.12 <br /> <br />R-2 Resident, iai District <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent. The intent of this district is to accommodate multiple <br />dwellings at a density, of three (3) to seven (7) dwelling units per acre and multiple dwelling <br />comp[exes within the 2020 MUSA. Ail lots created by subdivision located within the 2020 MUSA <br />shall be serviced by sanitary, sewer and municipal water. <br /> <br />Subd. <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />2.
