Section 9.20.13 "R-2U Residential District", is replaced with the following text: <br /> <br />9.20.13 <br /> <br />R-3 Residential District <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent. The intent of this district is to accommodate high-density <br />residential housing at a density ~eater than seven (7) units per acre but not to exceed fifteen (15) <br />units per acre within the 2020 MUSA.
