AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following [ega[ly described property, is hereby rezoned from B-1 Business and B-2 Business <br />to R-3 Urban Residential: <br /> <br /> The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 2.3, <br /> Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the "Subject Property,") <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
