CONSIDER INTRODUCTION OF AMENDMENTS TO <br />ORDINANCE REGARDING PUBLIC NUISANCE <br /> By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />During a Council Work Session of May 21, 2002, Sgt. Jim Way presented information regarding <br />proposed changes to the Public Nuisance Ordinance. Staff has made the revisions to the <br />ordinance that were discussed that evening; a copy of that preliminary draft is attached to this <br />case. City Attorney, Bill Goodrich, is still in the process of reviewing the proposed language <br />changes and will provide a final draft for distribution at the Council Meeting Tuesday evening <br />(6/11/02) for Council to consider for introduction.
