He <br /> explai~ed~har when WandaGustafson, original owner of the property under discussion, split her <br /> property off:to her children; she stated she did not want the property developed. She had agreed to leave it in the Sanctuary <br /> because she did not want it developed. He suggested this be researched. He questioned whether <br /> it can be rezoned and developed. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated she worked on the platting of the Wildlife <br />Sanctuary the first time it was platted.
