He explai~ed~har when WandaGustafson, original owner of the property under discussion, split her property off:to her children; she stated she did not want the property developed. She had agreed to leave it in the Sanctuary because she did not want it developed. He suggested this be researched. He questioned whether it can be rezoned and developed. Community Development Director Frolik stated she worked on the platting of the Wildlife Sanctuary the first time it was platted. She explained the owners did not ask for any restrictions.
