The subject property is located at 15596 <br /> St. Francis Blvd2',-also known as Lot 3, Block 1, Wildlife Sanctuary Addition. The subject <br /> property is 7.50 acres in size. The preliminary plat is proposing to subdivide the property into 13 <br /> single-family urban lots. Factoring out the wetlands, net density for the development has been <br /> established at 2.8 units per acre. The proposed single family lots meet the 10,800 square foot lot <br /> size and 80 foot lot width requirement. City Code requires comer lots to be 90-feet in width.
