ORDINANCE #10.18 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA <br />- - STATE OF MINNESOTA'-- <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CER- <br />TAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND <br />UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNE- <br />SOTA. <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursu- <br />ant to and under the authority of the <br />City Charter of the City of Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br />The following described dedi- <br />cated drainage and utility easement is <br />hereby vacated, to -wit: <br />The utility and drainage ease- <br />' ments in Outlot A, Pine Shadows, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, except <br />utility and drainage easements adja- <br />cent to Puma Street and adjacent to <br />Lot 1, Block 1 of said Pine Shadows. <br />J SECTION 3.
