ORDINANCE #10.18 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA - - STATE OF MINNESOTA'-- AN ORDINANCE VACATING CER- TAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNE- SOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursu- ant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of Ramsey. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedi- cated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to -wit: The utility and drainage ease- ' ments in Outlot A, Pine Shadows, Anoka County, Minnesota, except utility and drainage easements adja- cent to Puma Street and adjacent to Lot 1, Block 1 of said Pine Shadows. J SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE I The effective date of this ordi- nance is thirty (30) days after its pas- sage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 3.9.
