LAND AND CATTLE <br />COMPANY LLC, a Mirmesota Limited Liability Corporation, whose address is 7535 NE River <br />Road, Elk River, MN 55330 (the "DEVELOPER"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described, property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as ~bllows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section, 19, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southwesterly of the <br />southwesterly property line of the Burlington Northern Santa 'Fe Railroad <br />Company property. <br /> <br />- or upon recording - <br /> <br />Lot 1, 2, of Block 1; Outlot A, Outlot B; West Ramsey Industrial Park, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 26, 2002, pursuant to Resolution No. 02-03- , the CITY <br />approved the final plat of the Subject Property which plat is known as West Ramsey Industrial <br />Park (the "Plat"), which approval is contingent on certain requirements, including the <br />DEVELOPER and the CITY entering into this Agreement; and <br /> <br />-123- <br /> <br /> <br />
