I CASE # 7 <br /> <br /> ADOPT OI'*d)INANCE TO REZONE PROPERTY FROM <br /> R-1 URBAN RESIDENTIAL TO R-3 URBAN RESIDENTIAL; <br />CASE OF AINOKA COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION PROGtL'4a~I (ACCAP) <br />By: Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Anoka County Community Action Program has acquired Property-from the city of Ramsey <br />to do a multiple family rental housing project. The property is located on the west side of T.H. <br />#47 at the intersection with Sunwood Drive N.W. <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />State statute requires notification of the public hearing to persons owning property within 350 <br />feet of the Subject Property. Sta'ff attempted to notify property owners within 700 feet of the <br />Subject Property of the request for rezoning and public hearing conducted by the Planning <br />Commission on February 7, 2002. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The City Council adopted findings of fact and introduced the ordinance to rezone the property on <br />February 26, 2002.
