The plat will accommodate development of a multiple famil-y 'rentaf housing P'/~oject that will consist of 30 townhomes and 2 single faro/fy homes. All units: will be located on one lot. She noted the purpose of this item is Lo gain affirmation from the Planning Commission that the revised plan has been reviewed andis acceptable;~ f./~ '~.- ', Chairperson Ni×t commemed he ~i!ik~d~he prevb~6ian better, with one reason being that it was more of a closed commUnity. He said that three connections to Sunwood Drive would not be necessary;, two would be sufficient. He explained that this development is being built under both new and'otd6oncepts ofpMgate roads. Chairperson Nixt. Stated since this private street policy is a work in progress; it may be a good time to change th6-policy.
