In order to accommodate these potential businesses, staff has changed the layout of the plat to include six commercial lots and one outlot. She stated Star Exhibits will still be developing an office and warehouse facility consisting of 185,000 square feet on Lot 1, Block 1. The remaining lots will be owned by the City and designated for future commercial/industhal development.
