The following is a brief summary of actions taken in December that may be of <br />interest to the Planning Commission: <br />Adopt Ordinance to Amend City Code Section 117 -118 Related to Setbacks in The COR. The City <br />Council adopted the ordinance to amend setbacks in The COR, consistent with the Planning <br />Commission's recommendations. - <br />Request for Final Plat Approval of COR One. The City Council approved the Final Plat of COR One. <br />Request for Final Site Plan Review of Suite Living at The COR. <br />Plan for Suite Living at The COR. <br />Request for Final Site Plan Approval of Residence at The COR. <br />Plan for Residence at The COR. <br />The City Council approved the Final Site <br />The City Council approved the Final Site <br />Request for Final Plat Approval of Alpha Development and Final Site Plan Approval of Legacy Christian <br />Academy. The City Council approved the Final Plat. and Site Plan for Legacy Christian Academy <br />contingent upon the following: <br />• Council waived the requirement for the use of sod throughout the entire site and permitted all <br />areas other than the boulevard to be seeded (boulevard area must still be sodded). <br />• Council agreed to deviate from Council policy regarding the calculation of development fees by <br />• using the net developable area rather than gross area. <br />• Council approved a reduced road section for the last 1,250 of Bunker Lake Blvd. to connect to <br />Puma St. <br />• Council agreed to allow the developer to stop the utilities at the second entrance to the school on <br />Bunker Lake Blvd rather than extending them through the length of the property. <br />• Council agreed to deviate from Council policy regarding the calculation of stormwater fees based <br />on the permeable area. <br />• Council found the building materials acceptable, including the use of the temporary dome <br />structure. <br />• Council will not waive the entire trail development fee but will credit only those portions of trails <br />constructed off -site. <br />City Council also adopted an ordinance vacating certain drainage and utility easements in Pine Shadows <br />Subdivision, Outlot A and approved the feasibility study for infrastructure improvements associated with <br />the Legacy Christian Academy project. <br />
