App. 2010) <br />• INDIANA (08/31/10) —This case addressed the issue of whether, <br />under the county zoning ordinance, a free - standing wind turbine tower <br />was permitted as an accessory use in a residential zoning district. <br />The ,Background/Facts: David Johnson and Phylis Stilwell (collec- <br />tively, the "Applicants;') sought to erect a residential wind turbine in <br />an R -2 Multiple Family Zoning District in the county.
