I I I I I I I I' I WHEREAS, on December 1 I, 2001 the City Council also adopted Resolution #01-12- 424 to adopt Findings of Fact #0588 and introduced an ordinance to rezone the Subject Property to R-1 Urban Residential; and WHEREAS, on December 12, 2001, the Developer submitted a proposed preliminary plat of the Subject Property; and WHEREAS, on December 18, 2001, the City Council adopted an update of the City Comprehensive Plan that included .an expansion of the Metropolitan Urban Service Area boundary to include the Subject Property;. and WltEREAS, on January 4, 2002, the Planning CommissiOn conducted a public hearing, on the proposed preliminary plat and recommended City Council approval of same. WHEREAS, on January 22, 2002, the Ramsey City Council adopted Ordinance//02-02 to rezone the Subject Property from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to River Pines 5~ Addition contingent upon compliance with City Staff review letter dated December 26, 2001. That the Developer is herein advised to proceed to the final plat stage. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember __ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the f~)llowing were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared dulY passed and adopted by ~the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of January, 2002.
