The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Rarnsey, Section 12.06 and ~nnesota Statutes 412.85!,. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated road easements are hereby vacated, to-wit: That part of 150~ Avenue N.W. lying west of the westerly fight-of-way line of X,'kimo Street N.W. and easterly of the east line of Lot [, Block 4, GOR2--LdaM'S S,azN'DY ACRES ESTATES, Anoka County, M. innesota. That part of Juniper Ridge Drive N.W. lying easterly of the southerly extension of the easterly right-of-way line of S'alish Street N.W. and westerly of the southerly extension of the easterly line of Lot 5, Block 2, RLJ~[ ACRE ESTATES, Anoka County,, M.innesora. That part of I52~ Avenue N.W. lying westerly of the westerly fight-of-way line of Salish Street N.W. and easterly of the sou~edy extension of the west line of Lot 2, Block RL2v[ ACRE ESTATES, Anoka County, N~nnesota. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This c~rdinance becomes effective ~hirty (30) days after its publication subject ro the City Charter Section 5.07 but not prior to June l, 2002.
