-16- Motion by Board Member Johnson, seconded by Board Member Reeve, to close the public hearing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Board Members Johnson, Reeve, Brauer, Kociscak, Sweet and Watson. Voting No: None. Absent: None.
