Goodrich, city Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On February 26, 2002, the City Council introduced an ordinance authorizing the sale of land to <br />Peck Properties, LLC. The sate is of 26,040 square feet of land the City currently owns. The <br />purchase price of the land would be $39,060. Anoka County has assigned the value to the <br />property of $9,700, according to the Assessor's office. The property would be used for an <br />expansion of' Peck Property operations to the south.
