I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I. <br />I <br />I- <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, adequate public infrastructure is or can be made available in a timely <br />manner that will be able to service the Subject Property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That based on the findings of fact stated above, the Ramsey City Council hereby approves <br /> changing the land use designation of the Subject Property from Low and Medium Density <br /> Urban Residential to Mixed Use. <br /> <br />2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes City Staff to submit the necessary <br /> documentation to Metropolitan Council for an amendment to the 2001 Comprehensive Plan <br /> to designate the Subject Property as Mixed Use. <br /> <br />3) That this land use change shall become effective concurrent with the City's receipt of <br /> notification of approval from Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember _ <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the __ day of ,2002. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-03- <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />-219- <br /> <br /> <br />
