I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF ACCOUNTING CLERK, <br /> DEBORAH HANSON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Deborah Hanson was hired as a full-time Accounting Clerk and <br />began work on September 28, 1998; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Hanson submitted a letter of resignation on February 27, 2002, <br />citing her last day of employment as March 20th, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br /> Personnel Committee to accept Deborah Hanson's resignation from the position <br /> of Accounting Clerk; <br /> <br />2) That Ms. Hanson's final day of employment with the City will be March 20, <br /> 2002. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the [bllowing were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 12th day of March 2002. <br /> <br />-237- <br /> <br /> <br />
