Case #1: Consider amendment to Flaherty and Collins Escrow Agreement <br />Deputy City Administrator Nelson reviewed the staff report. <br />Motion by Commissioner Elvig, seconded by Commissioner Ramsey, to authorize the <br />amendment to the Flaherty and Collins Escrow Agreement to include Architectural and <br />Engineering Services as a Third Party Service in Exhibit A to the agreement for reimbursement. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Dehen, Commissioners Elvig, Ramsey, Look, <br />McGlone, and Wise. Voting No: None.
