Staff hopes some clarity will be provided once Governor Dayton appoints a new Commissioner of the <br />DNR. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval of the proposed ordinance. <br />Funding Source: <br />Review of the draft Updated MRCCA Standards is being handled as part of regular staff duties through the <br />Community Development Department. If the draft standards are approved, the City will be required to update its <br />2030 Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance.
