That although the Applicant is not proposing use of the structure as a home occupation, <br />City Code Section 117 -351 relating to home occupations states that the area set aside for <br />the home occupation in attached or detached accessory structures shall not exceed total <br />accessory building space or height allowed on the site of the home occupation, as <br />established in Section 117 -349 of City Code. <br />11. That in addition to the existing attached garage, detached accessory structure, and the <br />Structure, the Applicant currently has three accessory structures on the Subject Property <br />that are proposed to be removed upon completion of the Structure.
