Title: Reaffirm Adoption of Organizational Resolutions Information Background: At a Special City Council meeting on January 4, 2011, the City Council adopted the following resolutions: 1) Resolution #11 -01 -001 for 2011 Council Organization 2) Resolution #11 -01 -002 Designating Financial Institutions as Official Depositories of City Funds for 2011 3) Resolution #11 -01 -003 Designating Village Bank as Official Financial Institution for the City of Ramsey Banking Services for the Year of 2011 4) Resolution #11 -01 -004 Authorizing Signatures for Financial Transactions Because January 4 was a Special meeting of the City Council, staff is placing this Consent Item for Council to reaffirm their actions on the first regular City Council meeting of the year. The resolutions are attached to this Item.
