-t24- Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #02-02. RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO HIGHLANDS AT RIVER PARK WHEREAS, Centex Homes, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey ("city"): Government Lot 2 and Government Lot 3, Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, except those parts of said Government Lot 2 and Government Lot 3, platted as REILLEY ESTATES and REILLEY ESTATES THIRD ADDITION, according to the recorded plats, on file in the office of the County Recorder,' Anoka county, Minnesota The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the South 660 feet of the West 181.5 feet thereof. The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka county, Minnesota, except the West 1206 feet and except the South 660 feet thereof. (the "Subject Property") WI-tEREAS, on April I I, 2001, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from Centex Homes for a proposed plat; and WHEREAS, on May I, 2001, the Planning CommiSsion reviewed the sketch plan and recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and WHEREAS, on May 10, July 12, and August 7, 2001, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the proposed plat and recommended that the DeveloPer enter into a park dedication agreement to establish that park dedication be satisfied with a combination of land dedication and capital improvements to Woodland Park, Bear Park, and trails; and WHEREAS, on June 14, 2001, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for the proposed subdivision to the City; and I I I I I I I
