Peck Properties needs the land to expand its operations to the South. Peck Properties <br />had expressed interest in the subject property at the time it built in 1998. Terms and conditions <br />of the sale have been finalized and Peck Properties is now able to purchase the property. A sale <br />of the land, as you k_now, requires approval by ordinance. Therefore, the requisite sale <br />ordinance is enclosed for your consideration. <br /> <br />Enclosure: <br /> <br />Proposed Sale Ordinance <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends introduction of the sale ordinance. <br />Council Action: ~,~] ~}{_ / ~~._ <br />Motion to introduce sale ordinance permitting the sale of a 26,040 Square Foot tract of City <br />owned land to Peck Properties, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company.
