-222- <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Entering into the lease agreement with Anoka County for the parcel data is the most cost <br />effective and expedient way to receive the needed data. Only if the Anoka County_ Board <br />_approves the license agreement on Februar~ 26 will the City have the data in time for Hoisington <br />Koegler to make some strides in spending more of the $20,000 grant balance during the month of <br />March. For tlfis reason, City Staff has requested being on the February 26 County Board agenda <br />with the understanding that it is contingent upon Ramsey's City Council approving the same on <br />February 26. City Staff is strongly recommending that the City Council authorize the Mayor and <br />City Administrator enter into a GIS License Agreement with Anoka County. A copy of the <br />proposed licensed is enclosed for your information. <br /> <br />Council Action: (~.
