As far as traffic, about 2,000 people are estimated to be in there with <br />570 in single family homes.. He stated he is opposed to the change. <br /> <br />Julie Horn, 6031 145th Lane stated she would like single family homes to be built. Housing units <br />or townhomes do not fit the neighborhood. Single family homes will be better for traffic and <br />safety. <br /> <br />Sandy Bertzyk, 6001 146th Avenue NW,' stated she received 95 ~aCres against the <br />townhomes going in. She noted that people within 300 feet get noti~e~?;~she traced the <br />signatures on the petition, 51 had signed the petition.
