It was noted that Lot 1, Block 6 of the Rum. River <br />Hills PUD was designated as low density residential. This is in conflict with the Rum <br />River Hills PUD Agreement which states that this portion of the PUD is reserved for <br />commercial uses. You agreed that you would forward this information to the appropriate <br />persons to have the map corrected. <br /> <br />On December 18, 2001, the City Council adopted the March 2001 version of the <br />Comprehensive Plan and the' lot in Rum River Hills is still shown as iow density <br />residential. <br /> <br />I am respectfully requesting that the Community Development Staff follow up on this <br />matter and amend the comprehensive plan to designate this property for places to shop on <br />the future land use map. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Thomas Anderson <br />16831 Helium St. N.W. <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />-257- <br /> <br /> <br />
