Councilmember introduced the following resolution an~~eo~ <br /> RESOLUTION #02-02- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CONSIDERING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREI4ENISIVE PLAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, as part of the Comprehensive Plan process, ha~d <br />amending the land use designation of the properties shown on Attachment A (the Subject Properties); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 2001 Comprehensive Plan shows the Subject Properties' designated land use as <br />Places to Work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has brought forward the idea that the Subject Properties' land use <br />designation be changed to Low Density Urban Residential; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission and City Council conducted a public hearing on <br />January 24, 2002 in order to take testimony regarding the proposed land use change; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on February 7, 2002 and recommended that <br />the land use designation remain for the Subject Properties remain as Places to Work. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby determines that the land use designation of the Subject <br /> Properties remain as Places to Work. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />~, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the day of ,2002. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />-279- <br /> <br /> <br />
