i I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #02-02-XXX RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #02-03(SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL SORTEBURG ADDITION) WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey Public Works Committee, adopted January 15, 2002, a feasibility study for the 2002 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #02-03 (Sorteburg Addition); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 12, 2002 which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project $7,698 Estimated total assessment $3,849 Estimated assessment per unit (3-year term) $202.58 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating and crack filling of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $7,698. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 12th day of March, 2002 at Ramsey Fire Station No. 2, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in' favor thereof: Mayor Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember -103-
