-124- eastern side of Dysprosium is zoned Multiple Residential. Royal Oaks Realty submitted an application in the Spring of 2001 to rezone the development property to Planned Unit Development (PUD). At the June 26, 2001 City Council meeting, the applicant withdrew the rezoning application. Recommendation: At their January 3, 2002 meeting, the Planning Commission recommend approval of the request for rezoning of the property from B-1 Business and R-1 Single Family Residential to R-1 Single Family Residential, R-3U Multiple Residential, and MX Multiple Residential. Commission Action: ~O~ 0'~/,~/0 ~ Motion to adopt the Findings of Fact relating to a request to rezone the proposed plat of The Ponds from B-I Business and R-I Single Family Residential to K-1 Single Fatally'Residential, R-3U Residential, and Multiple Residential. -and- Motion to introduce ordinance to rezone the proposed plat of The Ponds from B-1 Business and R-1 Single Family Residential to R-1 Single Family Residential, R-3U Residential, and Multipte Residential. -or- Motion to d'eny the request for rezoning from B-1 Business and R-1 Single Family to R-1 Single Family Residential, R-3U Multiple Residential, and M2, Multiple Residential., based on the findings of facts.
