The adopted Comprehensive Plan <br />shows approximately 7.52 acres of this property being High Density Residential, 13.52 acres <br />being Medium Density Residential and 65.67 acres as Low Density Residential. The Ponds development is either at or less .than the maximum <br />housing units planned for the low, medium, and high density areas on the parcel. <br /> <br />The property contains 86.71 acres with 28.02 of these acres classified as wetlands.
