Citizen Petition Requesting an Environmental Assessment <br />Worksheet (EAW) for The Ponds, a PUD located in Ramsey; <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />We the undersigned believe that the proposed development "The Ponds" <br />has the potential to create a significant environmental impact on our <br />'neighborhood. We request that the City of Ramsey prepare an <br />Environmental Assessment Worksheet (E. AW) to review the possible <br />impacts we have lis~ed in our petition below. We suggest that ~he EA W be <br />prepared by the City of Ramsey in partnership with the Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Agency (MPCA) or by an independent contractor. We further ask <br />that the City.of Ramsey delay approval for rezoning and preliminary plat <br />until the EA W is complete. <br /> <br />Description of Proposed Proiect <br /> <br />"The Ponds" is a proposed subdivision consisting of 73 single-family homes, 152 <br />townhome units and 82 apartment units, it is generally located south of County <br />Road ¢~5 and west of Highway ¢¢-47 in the town of Ramsey, Minnesota.
