Larson: <br /> <br />In r'e£erence to your correspondence dated ~'une 27, 2001 regarding the citizen petition <br />filed wk,~ the EQB ~br The Ponds subdivision, I am writing to inform you that the <br />applicant withdrew The rezoning application for the devdopment property, at the June 26, <br />2001 CiD' Council meeting. With the withdrawal of the rezoning application, the <br />subdivision as proposed cannot proceed since the [and needs to be rezoned for it to be <br />devdoped as a residential subdivision. Therefore, the City is taking ao action on the <br />citizen pe'~ition at this time. <br /> <br />The Cky of Ramsey understands that the citizen petition is valid for one year. If the <br />applicant reapplies ~:br rezoning for the property or othe~vise brings forward the project <br />for City approval within that period, the City of Ramsey will make a decision on the <br />citizen petition as required by Nfinnesota Rules, Chapter 4410. <br /> <br />Ptease inform me if there is any further'infOrmation that you need in regards.to this <br />matter or if you disagree with the City's determinatiori that ao action is needed at this <br />time.
