REAS, on January 3, 2002, the Planning Commission revieWed the preliminary plat <br />and recommended approval of the plat subject to certain conditions; and <br /> <br /> W~ERE. AS, on lanuary 3, 2002, the Planning Commission reviewed the application to <br />rezone the subject property from R-I and B-I, to RI-U, R3-U, and Multiple Residential and <br />recommended approval of the request; and <br /> <br /> WffEREAS, on lanuary 10, 2002, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the <br />proposed plat and recommended that the that the park dedication be satisfied with a Combination <br />of land dedication, cash, and trai/s; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TI~tE CITY COUN'C[L OF TI:IE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOIC4.
