The property contains a single-family home with a single full access <br />on[o CR 1.t6. The current CR 1!.6 fight-of-way adjacent [o this property is approximately 56 <br /> <br />As pax of the CR 1.16 study, we are identifying existing and flxure fight-of-way and access needs <br />along the corridor. '['he right--of-way width along 'd'fis se~m-nent of the study corridor is between <br />130 and 1.40 feet, except for ~he section adjacent to this parcel. Anoka County's current <br />way policy is to have I00 to 150 feet of righr.-of-way for this [ype of roadway. We anticipate CR <br />1 !6 could be up.~aded to a divided four-lane roadway with rum lanes and mill(s) in <br />With d'~is type of' roadway cro~s section, the existing 66 foot r/g. hr~of-way will be inadequate. We <br />recommend that the righr-of-w., ay should be consistent with the rest of the comdor, to provide <br />adequate and coaanuous widtln.
