The property contains a single-family home with a single full access on[o CR 1.t6. The current CR 1!.6 fight-of-way adjacent [o this property is approximately 56 As pax of the CR 1.16 study, we are identifying existing and flxure fight-of-way and access needs along the corridor. '['he right--of-way width along 'd'fis se~m-nent of the study corridor is between 130 and 1.40 feet, except for ~he section adjacent to this parcel. Anoka County's current way policy is to have I00 to 150 feet of righr.-of-way for this [ype of roadway.
