"Final Plat" means the Master Final Plat and the final plat the CiD' approves for each Phase in accordance with the RTC Controls, (4d)-Force Maieure. "Force Majeure" means acts of God, including, but not limited to, floods, ice storms, blizzards, tornadoes, landslides, lightning and earthquakes (but not. including reasonably anticipated weather conditions for the geo~aphic area); riots, insun'ections, war or civil disorder affecting the performance of work; blockades; power or other utili9~ failures; fires or explosions; labor strikes or labor shortages and shortage of materials. If a party's performance of an obligation under this Master A~eement is expressly made subject to Force Majeure and the party is unable to perfomq the obligation within the time period set forth in this Master A~eement as the result of an occurrence of a Force Majeure, the time period in which the party' is obligated to perform ire obligation is extended during the continuance of the Force Majeure and a reasonable period for recove5~ or restoration thereafter.
