"ParklandPark Land" means the portions of the <br />Subject Property the Developer is obligated to convey to the City or dedicate to <br />the public or otherwise establish as public parks pursuant to the terms of the Park <br />Plan. The ParklandPark Land is legally described on the attached Exhibit G. <br /> <br />~,; ........ dPark Land Ii-nprovements. "ParklandPark Land Improvements" <br />means the improvements depicted on the Park Plan. <br /> <br />ark Plan. "Park Plan" means <br /> <br />~.~,,"-~ Pedestrian Plar~. "Pedestrian Plan" means the portion of the Master <br />Development Plan, labeled "Trail and Sidewalks," that shows a cross-section <br />construction profile of the trails and sidewalks and the location of the trails and <br />sidewalks the Developer or Seconda~ Developers are or will be obligated to <br />construct on the Subje'ct Property. <br /> <br />(oo) Phase Public Improvements. "Phase Public Improvements" are those Public <br />Improvements the Secondar3, Development A~eement for an approved Phase <br />requires the SecondaD, Developer for.that Phase to construct or install. <br /> <br />{pp)-Phase. The CiD' and the Developer contemplate that the Subject Property <br />will be developed in numerous phases, the precise boundahes of which are not yet <br />established. A "Phase" is a portion of the Subject Property intended for separate <br />Development. A Phase may either be a "proposed" Phase if the City has not yet <br />approved the Final Plans for that Phase or an "approved" Phase if the City has <br />approved the Final Plans for that Phase. <br /> <br />¢lq3-Preliminarv Plat.
